This document is a public offer in accordance with Art. 435 and Art. 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Registration or payment for a subscription means full and unconditional acceptance of the terms.
«Service»: an online aggregator of artificial intelligence models, available at the website comparai.co and its subdomains, including app.comparai.co.
«User»: an individual who has completed registration.
«Administrator»: , a self-employed individual registered in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation (TIN: ).
The Administrator grants the User access to the Service on a monthly subscription basis.
2.1. For the provision of Services, including processing requests using artificial intelligence models, User data may be transferred to third-party API providers located outside the Russian Federation. By using the Service, the User consents to such data transfer in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
3.1. A valid E-mail is required for access.
3.2. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password.
3.3. For Russian users: In accordance with Russian data protection laws (152-FZ), we advise against using Google authentication to ensure data localization. Alternative methods are provided. If you proceed with Google, you acknowledge and accept any associated risks.
4.1. The cost and payment frequency are indicated on the Service payment page.
4.2. Payments are processed by the operator ЮKassa; card details are not transmitted to the Administrator.
4.3. The subscription is automatically renewed until the user cancels it in their personal account.
4.4. A refund is possible only if the service is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours; the refund amount does not exceed the cost of the paid month proportionally to the period of unavailability.
4.5. In addition to the subscription, the User may buy credits — prepaid units of account for using the Service — in one-time purchases. The number of credits, the price and the payment methods are shown on the payment page at the time of purchase.
4.6. Each request to the Service consumes the number of credits shown in the Service interface; it depends on the model and the volume of the request. Credits included in the subscription are granted for the billing period and are not carried over to the next one; purchased credits do not expire and are spent after the subscription credits are used up. Credits are not transferable to other accounts and cannot be exchanged for money, except as provided in clause 4.7.
4.7. Purchased credits are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for money. The only exception is the case set out in clause 4.4 (the Service being unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours): unused purchased credits are then refunded to the payment method used, in the amount paid for them, at the User's request sent to the support e-mail. Purchases paid with Telegram Stars are refunded in Telegram Stars under Telegram's rules.
4.8. The Administrator may change the price of credits and the number of credits included in the plans; such changes do not affect credits already purchased.
5.1. AI-generated responses are for informational purposes only and may contain inaccuracies.
5.2. The User undertakes to independently verify the information received before making decisions.
6.1. All rights to the Service, including its design, code, and content, belong to the Administrator.
6.2. Content generated by AI models is provided for personal use by the User. The User may not use such content for commercial purposes without the Administrator's consent.
8.1. The Service and content are provided "as is", without express or implied warranties.

The Administrator has the right to block or suspend an account for violation of the rules, legislation, or at their discretion if it is deemed necessary to protect the interests of the Service, its users, or for security reasons. The User will be notified of the suspension or termination where possible. The User can delete their account at any time.
The Administrator has the right to change the Agreement by publishing a new version on the Site at least 5 days before the changes take effect.
All disputes are resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. A pre-trial claim procedure is mandatory; the response time to a claim is 10 business days. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is referred to a court of general jurisdiction in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
